This Refund Policy governs all payments made to Paddle CRM, a platform operated by

Levine’s Enterprises LLC. By subscribing, purchasing, or continuing to use our services, you

expressly agree to this policy in full. This policy is binding, enforceable, and incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service



🚫 All Sales Are Final

All payments made to Paddle CRM are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

- Subscription fees (monthly, quarterly, annual)

- Setup/onboarding feesAdd-on features (e.g., white-label mobile app, AI tools, integrations)

- One-time service fees (e.g., funnel builds, custom automation, content writing, migrations)

- Usage-based fees (e.g., Twilio credits, SMTP or API pass-through costs)

- Professional services or consultations

Once a charge is processed, it is final. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time, dissatisfaction, or lack of platform engagement.


🧾 What Constitutes “Use of the Platform”

For the purposes of this policy, "use of the platform" includes—but is not limited to:

- Logging into your Paddle CRM dashboard

- Sending or receiving messages

- Creating contacts, automations, or campaigns

- Embedding or failing to remove widgets, forms, chatbots, or tracking codes

- Utilizing integrations, analytics, or third-party synced tools

- Accessing support, training, or documentation

- Retaining active Paddle CRM code or scripts on any website or system

Any of the above actions, whether by you, your staff, or automated processes, constitute use and make you ineligible for a refund.



🔒 Affirmative Agreement

You are required to affirmatively acknowledge and accept this Refund Policy during onboarding or checkout by checking a consent box. This recorded agreement is legally binding and used as evidence in any billing or chargeback disputes.


⚠️ Proration & Downgrades

We do not offer proration. You are responsible for the full subscription term selected. Downgrading your plan or canceling service does not entitle you to a refund for unused time.



📅 Subscription Renewals

All subscriptions auto-renew on the billing cycle selected (monthly or annually). You are solely responsible for canceling your subscription before renewal. Receipts are sent via email for each charge. Failure to receive or review these emails does not absolve billing responsibility.


💳 Chargebacks & Disputes

By subscribing to Paddle CRM, you waive your right to dispute charges except in cases of proven fraud or billing error. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is a material breach of contract and may result in:

- Immediate account suspension or termination

- Referral to collections

- A $150 administrative dispute fee per incident

- Reimbursement of any third-party dispute or processing fees

- Retroactive 2.5% monthly compounding late fees from the original invoice date

- Legal action for damages and recovery of costs

We vigorously defend all disputes with documentation, user consent logs, and this published policy.



⚖️ Exceptions (Rare & Discretionary)

In rare cases, we may consider a refund under the following extraordinary circumstances, at our sole discretion:

- Duplicate Charges: If billed more than once for the same service

- Platform Downtime: If access was materially restricted due to a verified error on our part (not due to user error, third-party outages, or misconfiguration)

- Unauthorized Transactions: Fraudulent activity with accompanying legal proof (e.g., police report or notarized affidavit)

Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the charge in question to [email protected].


❌ Cancellation ≠ Refund

Canceling your account stops future billing only. You will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for early cancellations, downgraded use, or buyer’s remorse.


You are responsible for removing all Paddle CRM-related scripts, widgets, and integrations upon cancellation. Failure to do so may result in continued billing per Sections 3.5 and 4.6 of our Terms of Service.



🚫 Non-Disparagement & Abuse

Any user found abusing the dispute process or spreading defamatory content after canceling in bad faith (e.g., after receiving services, then initiating a chargeback) may be subject to:

- Legal claims for defamation and breach of contract

- Account blacklisting

- Shared dispute records with other service providers, fraud prevention networks, and industry partners



📍 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All refund-related matters are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and are subject to the binding arbitration clause in our Terms of Service.
